Initially Quintica Middle East determined itself as a quality driven, operational governance and controls consulting company to meet emerging trends in the UAE, the Arab world’s second largest economy. Quintica Abu Dhabi was established in 2011. While assisting the developing companies to meet their business objectives, by bridging the gap between their defined strategies, Quintica Middle East positioned its focus in CRM. Economic challenges soon presented themselves as this extraordinary period of economic growth for the Arabian Gulf countries coincided with one of the most significant downturns in the global economy.
